## Source-control rule

The current public site is an external, mutable source. This document records what was incorporated into the preliminary prototype on 2026-08-06. It is not a live mirror, legal/commercial verification, medical credential audit, hospital-partnership confirmation or media-rights opinion.

## Media behavior

- primary URL: public image URL from the current site;
- loading: lazy, no-referrer;
- failure/offline mode: local SVG illustration with visible `offline fallback` label;
- production rule: media rights, final crops, alt text and CDN ownership must be reviewed before publication.

## Update procedure

A later refresh must create a new snapshot date and a new Change Request or explicitly versioned source-refresh record. Existing `alpha.7` fixture values must not be silently overwritten.
